By 2020, the HES-SO Valais Wallis School of Engineering will join the rue d’Industrie in the extension of the EPFL Valais Wallis building. An investment of 179 million francs will allow the establishment of three degree programs and engineering research institutes. 3 buildings are currently under construction, EPFL will occupy an area of 700 m2 and will be directly connected by a covered footbridge on the 4th floor. By the end of the construction, the ENERGYPOLIS campus will bring together hundreds of researchers and students primarily in the field of energy.
